Nicolas LE PAYS DU TEILLEUL
Before taking the oath, Nicolas worked between France and the United States in a sovereign investment fund (France Brevets) in order to practice technological development and patent licensing, with a dual aspect of advice and litigation. In this context, he completed a six-month secondment in the United States (Washington, D.C.) within a firm specializing in patent litigation. He then spent nearly 4 years at Gide, then 1 year at Armengaud-Guerlain, both undisputed references in intellectual property. Nicolas was then Counsel in a niche firm specializing in legal and financial support for M&A, PE, LBOs operations.
He has launched the firm June 1st, 2020.
Nicolas holds a Master Degree from the Center for International Intellectual Property Studies (Master 2, Centre d’Etudes Internationales de la Propriété Intellectuelle) and a LL.M. in intellectual property law from Queen Mary University of London.
Nicolas is a member of Licensing Executives Society France, a leading international association, for which he regularly speaks at conferences (Munich, Paris). In such context, he was the co-organizer of the 1st Pan-American Young Member Congress in Chicago.

Laurie Tir advises as well as litigates in all areas of intellectual property and competition law. Before joining the Firm, Laurie spent 3 years at with Armengaud-Guerlain.
Prior to taking the oath, Laurie practiced in the legal departments of luxury companies in the wine and spirits, fashion and beauty sectors.
Trained in common law and German law, she holds a Master degree in industrial property from the University Panthéon-Assas (Paris), a Master in Business Law from the University of Lille 2 as well as a Master from the University of Lucerne (Switzerland).
Laurie’s working languages are English, German and French.
