lawyers for creative people and innovative companies
OUR MISSION: THE VALORIZATION OF YOUR IP
Lawyers, art lovers and technology enthusiasts, we advise and defend creators as well as innovators.
We notably assist creators in the valorization and defense of their creations, for which copyright is the first link in the value chain. We are convinced that they should benefit from customized as well as specific legal and strategic supports, just as companies under M&A process. With our experience, we have built a unique network where we team up with hand-picked players in the creative world sharing our vision and values.
We also specialise in the development and implementation of intellectual property strategies for companies. We have gained expertise in negotiating, drafting and litigating contracts relating to intangible assets (notably patents, know-how and trade secrets).
100% dedicated to intellectual property, we work on copyright, trademarks, patents, know-how, trade secrets, software, designs, domain names, but also on unfair competition and parasitism.
We are 100% French, and yet we handle with care each case by considering the international stakes involved.
